I have been prayerfully wondering how I can promote smiles and found http://www.smiletrain.com/ it is a charity which helps children in under developed countries who have cleft pallet. Surgery is done from our donations which allows children to speak and smile for life. Feel good in knowing that your session fee helps others smile who otherwise wouldn't be able. :-)
